Attended the Kunstgewerbeschule in Zurich and completed an apprenticeship as a reproduction photographer. Lives and work in Otelfingen, Zurich. Extensive journeys in the Mediterranean area influence his painting. The southern light, brightened shade, tropical heat, rich colours, the scent and the power of the sea.
